What is the song that plays in the dub during the flashback scene in Gathering the Gang of Four?

I've searched everywhere and like Please from Do I hear Ralts? Info is very scarse, more scarse even. Who sings it, what's it called, s their a full version I can listen to?
 
I can't give you a name or an artist, but it's unlikely that a full version exists-the song is just kind of in that doughnut hole of being after season 3 and before season 9.
