This is a Charmeleon, but titled a Combusken. Has anyone seen this one before?
 
probably fake. Combusken looks weird compared to the rest of the card.
 
It's not, it is my brothers. He asked me to put it on Ebay for him because he said it was messed up. I tried to find it but couldnt find another one like it. I never got into pokemon like him, but I know that when something is wrongly marked it is worth more. What should I do?

Why the hell did you put it on E-Bay of all places?

If it is really real, I'd just keep it. Just to be safe take you should it off ebay.
 
He needs money. I will buy it from him, but I dont want to cheat him either. Any ideas what I should offer him? I will keep it for my 2 year old. Im sure he will like Pokemon too.
 
I have been googling all day, and I do not see anything. Is there a place that would know?
 
what do you mean broken image. I am new to this. Is that something I can use in a search box?
 
Assuming this is genuine, it seems to be a misprint of this card. Curiously, the card's article mentions a different misprint present on some copies.

For those who can't see the image, I'm reluctant to put up a direct link to the auction, but you can get to it if you extract it from the image url.

To boomachicka: Broken image means that right now we can't see the image you posted. Also, to settle the concerns that this is merely a photoshopped image, perhaps you could take another photograph of the card, from a different angle?

I have another question...you said the cards article, where did you find that? I know...probably sounds funny, but I dont know alot about these kinds of things.

Some prints of the card list Charmeleon as evolving from Vulpix. Only the typed-out name is affected; all prints still display Charmander in its proper place.

This is a different misprint to the one you seem to have, but it did strike me as interesting. I'm afraid I know next to nothing about the trading cards, but I'll echo the recommendations of others here to keep hold of it if you can. You might have a rare collector's item on your hands, which you really don't want somebody swiping for ten bucks on ebay.

interesting. They're rather sloppy.
 
No Ryuu its just this card was made in the 3rd generation when everything was fucked up.
