what is your most trusted pokemon

you know the kind of pokemon that sweeps the elite 4 or the kind that is brought in when things are looking down.

just the pokemon that is always with you and never lets you down.
 
Current: My Bronzong in Diamond.
All Time: My Poliwrath in Crystal.
 
My Feraligatr in SS. Couldn't have beaten the E4 without him.
 
Espeon for me. He can outspeed pretty much everything, and that high special attack of his alloes me to blow away people with Psychic.
 
Venusaur. It hits like a truck with Sludge Bomb and my Grass type move of choice, and if it can't handle the enemy, it cripples it with Sleep Powder to allow for a free switch in
 
My Articuno - it's Blizzard OHKO's almost anything and it's high defense stats prevent anything from bringing it down.

My Mew is a close second, though.
 
Weavile. Had it in Ruby since it was a sneasel, and it is the same one evere since.
 
On HG I would have to say Typhlosion, always seems to get me out of a bind when things are looking a bit perilous :D
 
I have two Pokemon that always seem to get me out of a bind. My Garchomp always got me through the Sinnoh Elite 4, and my Ampharos who got me out of binds in Johto.
 
My old, old Mew starter from Pokemon Brown. He's 8 years old, he now resides in Stadium 2/Gold and when I pair him with my Espeon, Ho-oh or Typhlosion, everything goes down.
 
Frosslass was a key element in beating Red, with 2 Calm Minds she sweeped Venosaur, Blastoise and Lapras (last both with Thunderbolt).
 
Torrents the Blastoise, Captain the Pidgeot, and Buzz the Beedrill in Red Version. Torrents was level 60, Captain was 46, and Buzz was 44 at the E4. Everything else was 30 or below. And I won.
