What ISN'T a Pokemon?!

This thread is where we can think of all the organisms, mythical beings, concepts, items, and ideas that have not been turned into Pokemon as of this current Generation.

First off I am baffled that Game Freak has not made a dolphin, a cheetah, or a koala Pokemon yet. I mean, those are pretty popular animals when you think about it.

I'm also a sucker for extinct species, and would really enjoy using a fossil Pokemon based on a Smilodon ( AKA the Saber-tooth Cat if you aren't really paleontology-savvy).

I quite like that some of the obvious animals have been slow to - or haven't yet received - a pokémon version yet. The overabundance of foxy pokémon aside, it means some interesting surprises each generation. I would like to see a magpie pokémon though. Much as I despise those corvid bastards, they'd make a fun pokémon Maybe an early route bird that becomes Dark type
