what kind of gym leaders whould you like to see?

game freak is awesome at making good bosses, and black and white is no exception, my exapmles of well thought out fights and characters are (from the order i experenced them):

Crasher wake: A luchador as a gym leader? Hell yea, they made his personallity and apperance absolutly match the persona of a wrestler.

Cyrus: a emotionless commander bent on distroying the world, it fit like a T for a villanous team leader, not to mention the music and atmosphre are superb

Tate & Liza: The concept of a double battle for a gym leader fight is just epic and creative. i want more of this kind of stuff in the next game

Battle frontier: Just. amazing. :ksmile:

Giovanni: the idea of the 8th gym leader being the boss of the villanous team is just great. plus he is based on an itallian mafia boss. EPIC!

Blue/Gary: why, because hes GARYMOTHERF***IN OAK!

Lance: former elite 4, now the champion, just. that is a pure sign of pokemons great continuity

Chuck: Because he is chuck fricken norris!:saiyan:

Lt. Surge: Guile anyone? *guiles theme plays*

Cilan/Chili/Cress: This is a textbook example of keeping the challange balenced, so that you can play with any starter you want.

Clay: Look buddy, im an engineer, that meens i solve problems, not problems like what is beauty, because that would fall into the perveiws of philosophy, i solve practicle problems...

Drayden: whats with his damn beard? :eh:

Caitlin: first she was a Frontier brain, and now shes a elite 4 member, that and she gives a quite interesting backstory too.

N: i love his backstory, personality apperance and theme, its just superb. by the way: SCREW THE RULES I HAVE GREEN HAIR!

Alder: yay, a champion that isnt a final boss, about time.

Those are bosses that i liked, what about you, and what kind of bosses would you like to see in the next game. i know id love to see a triple battle gym fight. that would be boss. that is all, and feel free to discuss the question and my examples.
 
I'm thinking that most of the things I come up will have already happened (hey, it's kinda hard to keep track of them all), but I don't recall a cyberpunk gym leader. >:D
 
A gym that is taken over by a criminal team. Not like Viridian's gym which was owned by Team Rocket, but one that is an average gym, but gets stormed by a criminal team, so they are practically holding it hostage and you have to clean house of the grunts and admins, then save the real Gym Leader and trainers, then you can do the gym like normal for a badge
 
ANY kind of Poison specialist would be nice. It's been, what, three generations since one was introduced? The last one introduced also took the exact same position as the first one...
 
A Female archeologist (Rock gym), a female business executive (Poison gym), a male hippy (Grass gym), a dirty rich boy (Dark gym), a Scrooge-inspired old geezer (Ghost gym), a female DJ player (Electric gym), a male tribe leader (Fire gym), and a female bald emotionless ESPer (Psychic gym).
 
Hmmm... to list all 17 types..

1. Normal: Maybe a rich socialite? With pink Wigglytuffs XDD The gym would be full of chocolates and candy XDD But I'd prefer an Elite4 member XDD
2. Water: Nope. No more Water-type leaders :(
3. Grass: A middle-aged male!! Maybe a gardener or farmer?
4. Fire: A middle-aged female. Maybe a fire-fighter?
5. Electric: Again, no more leaders. But maybe an E4 member. A middle-aged female XDD
6. Flying: A middle-aged male XDD Falkner's daddy
7. Ghost: No more leaders XDD
8. Psychic: TOO MUCH NPC'S SPECIALIZING IN PSYCHIC!! STOP!!
9. Fighting: A middle-aged woman who specializes in kung-fu XDD
10. Poison: ANYONE WOULD DO. But I'd prefer a young male - maybe a scientist?
11. Bug: ANYONE FEMALE.
12. Steel: Middle-aged female. A professional architect? XDD
13. Rock: Middle-aged female. Paleontologist? I kinda wonder if it could be Roark's mom?
14. Dragon: Young male. Preferrably a rich boy who lives in a castle full or gargoyles XDD
15. Ground: Young female. Maybe a young girl who loves sand castles?
16. Dark: ANYONE. ANYONE.
17. Ice: I don't think we'd need anyone more...
 
Dark. Possibly late gym, like the seventh or eigth, to hype the whole "omg finally dark gym111".

To be honest, anyone could do, but the elite 4 have already taken respectable concepts for a Dark-type specialist. Maybe one that emphatized sorrow and such? Maybe a gangster?
Or heck, maybe a hacker or something shady like that, that'd be amusing to see.


Then another, also late Bug gym. With actually, you know, menacing bug types. Also a girl, because stereotypes I guess? Though I honestly don't know what could really relate to bugs other than research...


There has technically been only ONE poison gym in the franchise too, so that's right next in line to Dark, too. Though I see it more as a mid-game gym. And has to be a mad scientist


And for personal prefference, a VERY early Dragon gym. Second if not the actual first one. I'd also REALLY like if the leader was someone more... serene and calm. Maybe a Ronin or something like that. It's annoying how pretty much every dragon leader is all LOOK AT MY POWER! DRAGONS SMASH YOU!! Seriously just focus on the "mythical" part of them for once.
 
Normal: a fat, rude guy(A la Eric Cartman)
Fire: A Male Cheerleader
Water: A Female Italian Plumber who looks like Captain Syrup
Grass: A Female Latino Rainforest Guide
Electric: A Female Punk Rock&Roll Drummer
Psychic: A female Hippieon Acid
Steel:A Female Robot/Cyborg
Ground: Alesbian Female Soldier
Ice: A Male Superhero
Poison: A Male Janitor
Rock: A Male Stonecutter(yes the Masonic variety)
Ghost: A female Gravekeeper(you don't see enough of these)
Fighting: A Male Trauma Surgeon(a fighting chance, get it?)
Dark: A (hardcore) Goth Girl
Bug: A Female beekeeper with a beehive hairdo
Flying: A Male Hairdresser who does the beekeeper's hair
Dragon: A Princess with a rebellious attitude(i.e., not a princess who wears ballgowns, but Fishnets, short shorts, Green Lipstick and Nails, a Tank Top, those Foot Glove things, a pierced ear with a Dragon Fang through it, and carries a miniature chainsaw on her wrist)
 
A Dark type leader, most definitely. And even though I'm pretty sure it won't happen, I'd like to see gyms following certain themes, rather than specific types, i.e. a restaurant-style place with foodlike Pokemon (Cherubi, Vanillish), or a haunted house with Ghosts and Zubats and such. Following a theme rather than a special type would promote more balanced training for a team instead of just training the ones with type advantages.

The Dark type's been a LONG time coming. Besides that I wouldn't mind seeing another Gym Leader like Blue who used pokemon of various types.

What I would love to see is a challenging 1st gym. Or one that you wouldn't expect early in the game. Like, Steel, Ghost, Dark, Poison, or Dragon.

i was thinking more along the lines of someone frail and shy looking. iris has a more childlike, hyperactive quality than what i'm thinking about.
like a tiny little jasmine i guess??
 
Gym Leaders with individual strategies being their theme, (Like the trainers in Norman's Gym) diverse types instead of predictably sticking to just the one, and more Double, Triple, etc. Gym battles. I also want to see the game's Professor as an eighth Gym Leader, because it would make an epic final test before the league.
 
I want a normal-type gym leader who's a ninja.
Maybe a double gym fight with the two gym leaders specializing in opposing types or something, say, Psychic and Dark, or Dragon and Ice, for example.
And an awesome child Gym Leader.
And another Various type gym leader.
