What Kind of Ice Cream + Toppings Do You Like?

My favorite flavor is red bean ice cream, with no toppings.

My uncle also introduced me to a great combination of vanilla ice cream with fudge and a scoop of peanut butter on top. Next to the ice cream, the peanut butter feels like it has a light and fluffy texture, sort of like marshmallow spread.

Mint chocolate chip on its own is very nice. However, if I get some plain vanilla Cornish ice cream and put some raspberry sauce on it (or even that one chocolate sauce that turns all hard when it touches the ice cream).
