It seems kind of like a random poll but I'm curious. What kind of trainer are you? I'll add a poll in just a bit. Are you:

Battler: A person who only cares about fighting. You usually have you team at very high levels, and their moves are the most destructive. You love battle frontiers and fighting the elite four over and over again.

Coordinator: All you are do contests. You have your team's moves set impress judges. You love to have lots of ribbons, and your fashion case is full with neat clothing.

Collector: You love catching rare pokemon. Your team is usually set at random levels in order to catch certain legendaries, and their moves are usually mostly HM's in order to explore areas. You love spending hours in order to catch one shiny. And you love trying to get your pokedex full.

If you think you are another kind, please specify.
 
I'm a battler. My team looks like a typical OU team, and their movesets are designed for quick and easy kills. I have pretty much the entire OU tier ready for battle in my PC boxes.

I've done a few contests and they bore me. I am a bit of a collector because I do try to catch legends and rare Pokes when I get a chance.
 
I'm a mix of all three in a way, I have beaten the elite four and gotten a master rank in beauty and cool contests. So now I'm mostly collecting pokemon and trying to complete the National Dex.
 
With me, I have three teams, actually. Team 1 is for the Frontier/E4, Team 2 is five contest poke and a flyer, and last team is usually a novelty team, like Mono-type or themed.
 
well I love battling but i have collected all unown and my Diamond Pokedex is at 439 so i'm a bit of a collector on that front
 
I'm a collector. I collect pokemon as well as items. I almost never train rare legendaries.

I don't do competitive because I'm too much of a puss.
 
I'm a breeder first I love breeding for moves, natures and have also IV breed most of my pokemon. But I guess I could also be called a collector since my pokedex is at 492 and have all the unown variations.
 
I suppose I'm a mix of the three. I have one team that is built up to beat the gym leaders/Elite Four, and another team specifically bred/captured with specific natures and movesets so I can win contests. I spend most of my post-game time hunting down Pokemon to add to my collection (while leveling up to lv 100, dumping those Pokemon in a box, and repeating the process. This keeps me occupied for a very long time).
 
I'm a collector, but I also am part battler and a small part breeder (to try to get shinies)
 
Battler... but I'm not hardcore OU with my teams and playing the frontier as much as I can. Nope, I enjoy trying to make fun teams with Pokemon nobody ever uses and with a concept you don't see all that often. Ever see those "offensive OU teams" where everything's fragile and fast? I like doing the complete opposite. Fuck yeah defensive NU teams. \o/

I'm actually not all that fond of the Frontier, though. Might be just because I feel like you wanna know what you're reading completely there and I only have a Japanese copy (I can read it, I can.. half understand it, but I'd like to be able to understand it completely in the Frontier)... or maybe it's because I can't seem to think of an actually original Pokemon/team to use there.

So, yeah. Battler... with a TWIST!
 
I'm a battler with a twist (just like Tina.) I prefer Pokemon with good natures and IVs over rare Pokemon most of the time and I do enjoy EV training. The twist is that I don't care for tiers. I'll use whatever Pokemon I like, regardless of how useful it is in OU (usually to really positive results too.) There's nothing I find more satisfying than sweeping an entire team of common OUs (Infernape, Swampert, Gyarados, Heatran, etc...) with my awesome Houndoom. The only rule I have is that I ban myself from training any legendary that isn't the version mascot of my game. I also find the Battle Frontier fun and entertaining, but I wouldn't say I love it.

I don't care much for contests either way.

One day I got really bored so I said "why not complete the National Dex?" So I am (almost done with the Hoenn Pokemon btw,) but out of boredom, not genuine interest.
 
You seem to be lacking options involving multiple foci. Normally I'd assume we're supposed to vote for what we do the most, but the explanations say, "you only do..."

I'm mostly a battler, though I breed and collect a bit too.
 
Collector.
I love collecting Pokemon.

I even make sure I have the pre-evos of my Pokemon
 
Im a Realy all around trainer. i breed Starter pokemon i get over Wi-Fi and train them. i collecte realy rare pokemon. and with HGSS ill have celebi and my collection will be complete. I'm a battler. but i cant seem to get conpetitive battleing down ._. and i do occasionaly do Contest battles. but there starting to bore me.
 
Although I suck, I'm a battler. I not really that hardcore though...

I will, on occasion, try my hand at the coordinator thing. I mostly try it to get ribbons for my favorite Pokes. The more ribbons my shiny Palkia has, the happier I am.
 
I am a battler. However,I care for the safety of my Pokemon. I don't ev or iv either,that's discrimination.

I wouldn't say I'm a collector,despite the fact I want to obtain them all.

I love battles. If my wi-fi worked, I would of owned topic person. On two different days. i liek rares too.
