It can be Pokémon manga or any other. I have:

The crap-tacular Best of Pokémon Adventures Red/Yellow, Digimon Adventure manga (Vol. 5), Azumanga Daioh (Vol. 1-4), Lucky Star (Vol. 1-2), and The Rise of Darkrai (Manga adaption).

As for pokemon manga, I own all 7 of the old Pokemon Adventures, the 4 Toshiro Ono volumes and the 1st volume of Magical Pokemon Journey. Of the more recent bunch I have the 3 Diamond and Pearl Adventures, both Best of Adventures volumes and Ginji's Rescue Team. And on top of that, Pokemon Special 9 - 15 in Japanese, sitting pretty until I can read them.

And 34 other non-pokemon series.

then I got a little Ral
Grad, Full Metal aclhemist, Bleach, Shman King and some others in non complete sets.
first 5 Dragon Ball, a bunch of Shonen Jump

as far as Pokemon manga go I own the first 2 dengeki Pikachu and the first 3 pocket monster special (SINGAPORE).
I also bought the Pokemon Adventures single comic (with like 3 chapters in it) [volume 1, part 2]

yeah, I love manga XD

Oh my freaking God. This is the third time I've had to re-type this because my computer spazzes out on me every time I tried to post in this thread. X.O And after the second time that happened, I copied the post but apparently my clipboard was cleared. Such a pain. This post took a whole lot of effort.

(Aha, it did it again! But this time I pasted the post in a Word document, so I still have it. Seriously, what in the world is going on? In addition to this, not a single online search engine works for me, but none of my scanners are picking up on anything. Weird.)

Also have my eyes on a couple horribly mistreated single issues of MPJ I found a while back at my LCS but not bothered to pick up for some reason. It's not the format I'd want the series in and it's only a couple snippets here and there, but it's better than nothing. And besides, I may just be paranoid, but I think the number of them has decresed at some point. o.o; So I gotta get on that.

And random question for y'all with large Pokémon graphic novel collections: in what order you arrange them? I try to go by original serialization, with Best Of counted as a sub-series of Adventures, thus boosting it to the top. Something that miffs me if that Amazon.co.jp lists the Movie 9 GN as coming out before Ginji's, but since Ginji has more chapters I assume it began serialization first...?

Mine's ordered as DPA, Best of, then Ginji's, with the older stuff down on a lower shelf ordered as Adventures, Dengeki Pikachu, then MPJ. They're separate because they're bigger and don't fit on the shelf with everything else. The Japanese volumes of Special are in a pile in front of the older stuff because there's no room on my shelf right now. No particular reason for the order, if I had to say there was one it would be ranked by how much I like them.

Bottom Shelf: Shonen Jumps (random, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009)

as far as my pokemon manga go its on my "Favourite Magna" shelf with Pokemon adventures 1~3 (soon to be up to 7) and then Dengeki Pikachu 1 and 2

the manga is kinda weird, its a bunch of 4Koma things but they are funny
the anime actually has a story line and its funny to
