I like Rock...
even though I used to like rap.

I like alternative rock.
 
Yeah rock of the alternative variety is where it's at.

I'm a big fan of a lot of grunge bands.
 
The only genre I can say that I absolutely like, is classical. I enjoy a sprinkle or a dash of everything else, with a healthy slog of British rock.
 
I love japanese pop music epeacially ones from animes like Love Hian , Cardcaptor Sakura and Pokemon

Well, when you know that many of the musical pieces that captivated me involve people as varied as Do As Infinity, Rob Dougan, Jean-Jacques Burnel, Jay Chou, Beethoven, Every Little Thing, Michael Bublé, Luis Russell, Namie Amuro, Mozart, etc..., you know you are seeing a person whose musical taste just doen't fit into one genre or era. ;-)

More precisely, I don't particularly stick to one music genre or musical era nowadays. As long as it's real music (not the mass-produced ones we are getting force-fed nowadays), or if it's not punk or metal, or something completely meaningless (usually rap and hip-hop, although a few stand out), then it will be something I like.

I would describe my musical tastes to be one of cosmopolitian.
 
Hard Rock, Alternative and sometimes Heavy Metal mixed with intense orchestral music

Oh dear. You have so much to learn my friend. Right now I want to point you towards some better bands.
Try Motion City Soundtrack, Bad Religion, The Hot Lies, The Matches and maybe even NoFX. Any of these should be good starting points towards finding decent punk music.

I love to listen to R&B, Hip-Hop/Rap, Pop, J-Pop, New Wave, Alterative, Classic R&B, Classic Hip-Hop/Rap, Soft Rock, and that is all I could think of.

Music is my life. XD

EDIT: Oh yeah I also like to listen to Disco. Wow...I forgot about that one, lol.
Oh my...dang there is another one I listen to...Dance. I listen to that too. XD

I listen to classic rock (Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones) as well as alt rock (Goo Goo Dolls, Soul Asylum) and jazz (Miles Davis). I also occasionally listen to pop (Beyoncé, Gwen Stefani, Justin Timberlake).
