In the Japanese Version of DP147, what was the music playing when Monferno used Mach Punch on Croconaw? It sounded like it was from the Johto era but it could of been late Kanto too. Anyone know?

It's "1999-2001_M28". Yep... that's the name. ¯\(º_o)/¯

It's track #13 on Disc 2 of the "Pocket Monsters Original Soundtrack Best Vol.2" CD release. (There's a ton of anime original tracks on there.. Almost every one. It's pretty awesome).

Edit: As for the when it was used, I believe it first started being used sometime in Johto, and the date given in the title would agree. It could have been Orange Islands, but I remember it being used most in Johto.

It was composed for the Johto arc. It was first used in the original japanese version of Once in a Blue Moon. The dub started using it at The Whistle Stop. The last time the dub used that track was Cold as Pryce.
