What part do you think old pokémon/features will play?

  • Lunatone and Solrock
  • Darkrai and Cresselia
  • Volcarona
  • Espeon and Umbreon

• Possibly space themed pokémon:
  • Deoxys
  • Jirachi
  • Clefairy and Jigglypuff
  • Elgyem

• Other Features:
  • The moves Moonlight and Morning Sun
  • Day/Night cycle

I don't think, or rather don't want, older Pokemon to play a huge role in the games' story. It's a new Gen, so new Pokemon should be the ones to shine. I think having Solrock and Lunatone be in the regional Dex is probably a given, though.

I'm hoping Solrock and Lunatone get Megas, or maybe Cresselia and Darkrai, or even Espeon and Umbreon.

I don't think they'll get any big story importance. But mega evolution for Lunatone and Solrock are a given I'd say.

Err.... I partially agree with you, but from a marketing perspective...

20th anniversary games WITHOUT huge amounts of nostalgia (from older Pokemon)? Highly unlikely...

I think we'll be getting a super huge regional dex like Kalos.... And given they are anniversary games, make it possible to catch all non-legendaries using Sun and Moon (obvs low evolutions for evolving Pokemon).

Also, can we get all mega stones in each game, at LEAST for the ones we already have? I understand making new mega stones they're adding version exclusive, but for the ones from XY and ORAS, please?
