What kind of Pokémon would live in the area that you live in, taking into consideration the climate, geography, current animals that live in the area, and surroundings?

For example, my hometown is a rural neighborhood located by a river and surrounded by a wide varity of trees and greenery and a lot of wildlife, so;

Squirtle
Wartortle
Rattata
Spinarak
Ariados
Slowpoke
Yanma
Poliwag
Poliwhirl
Vulpix
Nincada
Ninjask
Shedinja
Volbeat
Illumise
Wurmple
Silcoon
Beautifly
Cascoon
Dustox
Azurill
Marill
Azumarill
Misdreavus
Pidove
Tranquill
Murkrow
Honchkrow
Hoothoot
Noctowl
Surskit
Masquerain
Deerling
Sawsbuck
Pachirisu
Zigzagoon
Linoone

Live in Florida so...... fish..... Lots of Fish of all types.

Locally, I could imagine seeing various Bird-types And Zigzagoons

Hey, I live in Florida too! Miami to be exact. Yeah...fish, Staryu, Starmie, tropical birds like Pelipper, and are there any Manatee Pokemon? I know there's Dewgong, and dugongs are in the same family as the Manatee...

Oh, yeah, and let's not forget the...*sigh* snakes...are there any Pokemon specifically modeled on the python? *stupid pythons*

Chicago; lake dwelling and grassland inhabiting Pokemons. I would also imagine some few groups of Steel, Electric & Psychic in rare spots.
I also imagine some significant Flying types.

I live in a small city which identifies itself as "The Wheat City", so I would imagine there would be a variety of "ranch" Pokemon such as Miltank, Tauros or Ponyta. Also living on the Canadian prairies means there would be some Bouffalant. I think a few of the bird Pokemon, probably Pidove. Not sure which rodent, I could see maybe Patrat or Sentret fitting in. Oh, and there are a bunch of deer, so Deerling is a logical choice. And maybe some Wurmple, or Caterpie and evo's and definitely Beedrill.
