What Pokemon should be in the anime more?

I think Pikachu(yeah right)Um probably Smeargle or Dragonite.Woooohoooo!!!These guys rock!
 
Porygon. Seriously, that episode with the seizures wasn't even his fault. Bring back Porygon!
 
Mawile, Dunsparce, Zangoose, a good portion of the movie legendaries, Baltoy, etc.
 
Let's see (Keep in mind I haven't seen any of the Sinnoh episodes, so I don't know if any of these have appeared in them):

Tyrogue - I don't think its even made a cameo since its debut back in late Johto.

Granbull - With the exception of The Trouble with Snubbull and the intro of Pokémon 3, I don't think it has had any major appearances.

Ledian - Again, after its debut, I don't think it has had any major appearances.

Exeggcute/Exeggutor - Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think either of these have appeared since Kanto.

Dunsparce - Among the most under-showcased Pokémon in the anime.

Porygon2 - I believe the only pre-Sinnoh Pokémon that has not appeared in the series.

It appeared in the Hoenn ep where May's Skitty learned Assist and it was used in the Silver Conference prelims.

Ah, the Fossil Pokemon! I forgot about them. Lilleep and Anorith need vengance from the shaft they got in that Hoenn ep. -_-
 
An episode should air where Ash, Dawn and Brock fall in a mine and discover loads of Lileep, which evolve into Cradily. Then Team Rocket arrive, steal the fossils, blah blah blah... and... er...

Yeah, this isn't going anywhere.

Back on track, I'd love to see more of the Hitmons in general.

Ok, it's not really major, but it's there. Has a funny scene where it tries to hide behind a cupboard and can't fit.

LOL. That's actually quite funny to imagine.

I haven't seen much of Exeggutor recently either. I know it's Kanto and everything but still, would be funny to see those Pinapple/Coconut Tree lunatics running around again.
 
Among the legendaries that need to appear, Latios and Latias are pretty much number 1. They've only appeared in one movie and that's pretty much it.
 
We need some more Scizor, AND LOTS OF THEM!

I have a cold, and the only cure is More Scizor.
 
It seems that friendships between pokemon are instantly forgotten when they part. Ash's Pidgeot, James' Weezing, etc.

For once, I agree with you, but the problem I see is that Jirachi seems like one of those one-of-a-kind Pokemon and that one Jirachi is currently asleep. The only way I see Jirachi ever appearing is in the Mystery Dungeon special, and that doesn't seem likely, but it could happen I guess.
