What Pokémon would you like Ash to obtain? Or any other character...

Pretty self-explanatory. I don't want to spoil anything but it should be well known to all who watch the Pokémon anime that Ash already has a full team of 6 from the Sinnoh region... which means that it will be a bit rare for him to capture another one and if he does, it will probably be at the end of the season, approaching the upcoming league.

When was the last time Ash captured a Pokémon and he had a full team already......................... beats me. Aipom? Yeah, I think it's Aipom... I won't even bother looking it up because it is a bit of a rare occurence :drowsy:

So that probably means that if the writers want him to capture one more, it will probably be that period. Unless he releases / sends to Oak / place him somewhere for the time being with one of his current Pokémon.

I'd like Ash to capture a canidae Pokémon. This includes Lucario of course, and I'm sure a lot of you wants him to have one too. I'd be content with a Houndoom though, it would also be a first for him too, having a Dark-type Pokémon.

As for Brock, I'd be happy if he captured a Hippopotas, although his time may have passed already what with all the episodes focused around one running amok =/

I'd like Dawn ot have one Pokémon that isn't from the 4th generation. I guess a Swablu would be nice, maybe even evolve into Altaria later on... oh that would be nice.
 
I'm pretty content with Ash in terms of captures, if he gets anything else now he'd have to Oak one of his current team and I'd rather they develop first.

Dawn is probably going to get Swinub but beyond that I kinda want to see her get a Kirlia. Back in Hoenn I wanted May to get one since its ballerina style fit Contests, but it never happened, so Dawn getting one would be nice. We're probably never going to see Max go back and get Ralts so its not like it'd interfere with him.

As for Brock I just want to see Happiny evolve all the way to Blissey, so otherwise I don't really care about him making another capture.
 
I'd love to see Jessie get a Lickilicky, because he is awesome and as a nod to her old Lickitung.
 
Ho-oh for Ash, that bird is practically begging to be caught by him. XD

On a more serious note, I would like Ash to have a Riolu/Lucario, although I'll live if he doesn't.

For Brock, possibly an Aron, because for someone who's a rock-type gym leader (or even ex-gym leader), he seems to lack in the rock department right now.

For James, seeing how he only has one real battling pokemon, a Snover, because it's a grass-type, which he seems to train alot, and that it will be funny watching the chaos of a sudden snow/hail/blizzard storm come every time it's released. :p

And I don't care who gets it, but someone getting something from the porygon line would be nice, give the poor thing another chance. That and a dragon-type, more-so Vibrava or Gible possibly, maybe Dratini.

I know, it's just that at out of all of his pokemon, only two of them are rock-types, and one was an ex-rock.

By "lack", I meant that he doesn't have a lot of rocks. I know that he has Sudowoodo, but based on a ratio of Rock Vs. Non-rock, I felt that he could use another one.
 
Speaking of rocks... I wonder how a Rock-type attack would look like in the anime... haven't seen one of those in a..... I've never seen a Rock-type attack in the anime lol :eek:
 
To be honest, I don't want Ash to catch any more Pokemon for quite a while. If he does get another one, it'd be nice for him to get Gible. Give him a Dragon-Type for once. I don't want Ash to catch Riolu; I don't get why so many people want him to.

Brock's team is fine. No captures needed for him.

Dawn; give her a Cherubi, because it seems like a Pokemon that would fit in a contest. Or a Chikorita...I don't think Swinub fits her but most signs point to her catching it.
 
I would like someone to catch a Vulpix that knows Energy Ball , Extrasensory and Dark Pulse and of course flamethrower!
 
^It's possible... Vulpix can learn Energy Ball by egg move, Extrasensory and Flamethrower leveling up, and Dark Pulse by TM...

But there's no chance in hell that anyone's going to even own such a Pokémon, it's very Mary-sue.

What I want to know is why you feel Brock should be training Rock types? He isn't a Rock gym leader any more.

He's not like Misty in the sense that he trains a specific type. Being a breeder, he can get the best experience by raising Pokémon that have a variety of typings and temperments.
 
Whatever Ash catches, it won't be another flying type. If he goes along w/ the trend of not catching pokemon of certain types, then his Sinnoh options are pretty slim. I really want him to ditch Turtwig but that's not gonna happen.
 
Before Swinub, I really wanted Dawn to get a Snorunt/Froslass >: I still kinda do, but I'm not holding my breath. Failing Snorunt.... I'd really like to see Dawn with a Togepi.

For Ash, I'd love to see him with either a Gible or a Riolu, but since he's got his full team already, yeah, I don't see either happening right now.

Brock's team is fine the way it is, as is Jessie's.

James.. I hope his last capture isn't grass type. I'd actually like to see him with a ghost Pokemon, a Drifloon or a Duskull maybe?

If anyone's gonna get Porygon at this point it would be Zoey. (If you're wondering why, just look at the colours of Zoey's Pokemon so far.)

I don't understand why the hell so many people want Ash to have Riolu or Lucario. This bad excuse for Pokémon don't deserve place in any of main cast's roster.
Anyway, I didn't want Ash to capture new Pokémon. I hope he kept his actual roster 'till the end of Sinnoh and evolve as much as possible.
I also still hope Dawn will not get Swinub or any other Ice-type Pokémon, since I think we have enough of Ice-type appeals in past.
The only thing I want for Brock is, that he finally gets off of the show. With that say, I don't really care about his Pokémon.
And I also think Jessie and James are done with captures now when Jessie gets Yamnega. I doubt writers give them anything new.
But what I really want is, Dark-type Pokémon in main cast's roster. I don't understand why writers banned Dark-type for main cast. I really hoped Corphish evolves, but my hopes went wrong. Maybe now they can give Stunky or Skutank for Dawn. That would be funny :lol: As a Dark-type fan, I sure love that.
 
Beside the obvious Riolu, I hope Ash catches Hippopotas.

I'd like to see Lopunny for Dawn, if only to give her a more "mature" (nudge nudge) Pokémon amidst her cutesy types. That and Buneary is horrifyingly underused. I think a Cherubi would be cute for her team, too. (On a semi-related note, remember at the beginning of the series when she tried to catch like, everything she saw? Buneary, Burmy, Pikachu...)

I could see Paul catching a Gyarados, and Brock a Bronzor.
 
I usually don't care or even give a damn what Pokemon the writer's give to the characters - it's their choice, so I always accept it - and I don't like guessing what Pokemon I want certain characters to get, but every time I see Kenny wearing his Matador (Contest) outfit I really want to see him with a Tauros. Heck even this piece of fanart convinced me so (fanart has never had that affect on me before).

Plus if Kenny did have one, it would be the very first Tauros - as far as I know anyway - that didn't just run around everywhere, crashing into things. Just imagine a Tauros prancing around in a Contest. Now that I'd like to see.
 
Well to be perfectly honest I like the Pokemon he has already but if I was to choose one I would say Lucario or a lagendary Pokemon if he doesn't have one already.
 
I hope ash catches a psychic type. He seriously has to get one. If not, obviously, i want him to get a lucario
 
I'd like to see one of the girls (likely Dawn) get a Froslass, but then the shippers would go crazy over that. And just like Ash and Riolu, May should get have a Phione.

And not that he's gonna come back long-term any time soon/ever, let alone catch anything, but I would've liked Tracey with a Surskit >__>
