Depends on WHICH Street Fighter. I always liked Sakura in the games she's in (she always seemed faster and easier to use). But for Street Fighter II I usually played as Blanka, Zangief, or Ken. And in Street Fighter, I usually stuck to Ken.

I find myself mainly playing as Guile and M.Bison/Dictator. If she's in the Street Fighter game I'm currently playing, I do tend to go play as Sakura. If it's Street Fighter III I'm playing, I play as Alex (and maybe Ibuki but I haven't got the hang of her yet). I haven't really pushed myself to get a good handling on one of the Street Fighter IV newcomers.

I tend to not play as Ryu and Ken as much these days (though I may pull them out once in a while to refresh myself).
