Because Cross Chop is a Fighting-type move (NOT Ground-type); also due to Machamp's ability, No Guard, which makes every attack hit, regardless of accuracy. Post this under Simple Questions next time.

ahh that would be the reason. it happend on HG, thats why i posted it here

But in this case Cross Chop hitting a Noctowl in the first turn of Fly doesn't have to do anything with accuracy; it's just that No Guard ensures the attacks aiming at and by the Pokémon will always hit, regardless of the current conditions of the user/opponent (Bounce, Fly, Dive, Dig).
 
Huh, didn't know No Guard went that far...
