How early did you get up on Christmas? I never got a minute of sleep, just like last year, and it's 5:25 AM at the time of this writing.

I usually, when I do get sleep on Christmas, wake up around four AM.

About 7 but I was tossing in bed til around midnight. Actually, this is very late for me.

I was up at 4:17 am this morning...once I wake up, I just can't get back to sleep again. I ended up reading through almost the whole of Antrax before I actually bothered to get out of bed at about 8. XD

9 AM, I'm not that obsessed with presents this year for some reason...

6, but got online for an hour. Christmas just ain't the same...

I woke up around 6, but tossed and turned in bed 'til about a quarter to 7. I'd planned to sleep in (I got my gifts yesterday since my parents were headed out of town early this morning) but I had a terrible headache and the cat was yowling his head off, so I got up to feed the cat, take a bath and eat some breakfast.

I got up at like 10:30, but I didn't have a problem sleeping.
I wasn't really excited though. It doesn't even feel too much like Christmas.
I type this as I wait for my parents to wake up while watching my wrapped Christmas presents wait. Agony, agony.

I stayed up til... sometime after midnight, then woke up at around 7:50 after dreaming about my mom training me to train a black dog to follow scents around some house with a very green and high (like, 15 feet off the sidewalk) yard. o.o

But it's not like it matters, because we don't celebrate Christmas! :XD2:

You guys say it doesn't feel like Christmas? Is it because of the lack of snow, even in stereotypical snowy Canada, where we're getting September's weather?

I got up about ten minutes ago (it's now 9:13 a.m.).

Christmas really isn't a big deal to me or my family. We give each other presents, but it's like one per person.

I got up around 7:45 due to a really bad neckache, then took Tylenol (which didn't do a damn thing) and got a heat pack (which didn't do much, either), then fell asleep again until about 11:00.

I live in the desert, so I'm used to warm, non-snowy Christmases. But to me it doesn't feel like Christmas because it seems this year just went by way too quickly. Like it shouldn't even be time for Christmas yet. It has been a bit unseasonably warm, even for here, so maybe that has something to do with it. But for the most part it feels like we just had Christmas '05 and we should still have a while until Christmas yet. o_x;

I woke at 8 after an interesting dream...

But yeah, it doesn't feel like Christmas for me either. It's pouring rain today, but it's not cold. Usually, Christmas gets this feel to it, where it's cold and the heat's on and... I dunno how to describe it. That just wasn't there this year.

I woke up at around 9:15 AM this morning after falling asleep at 12:00 AM.

Maybe it's the lack of Christmas lights; maybe it's the unseasonably warm weather; maybe it's that growing up has just left us jaded. Since elementary school, my sister and I have noticed that the holidays just aren't what they used to be.

4th of July? The fireworks are interesting enough because it's not like we see them every day, but after an hour (if that), we go back inside.

New Year's? We might stay up till midnight, tell each other Happy New Year's, then go the hell to sleep (or go back to watching TV), but generally, we leave that for morning.

Christmas? "So... merry Christmas. o_O" "...Um... merry Christmas...." *We go back to whatever*
I used to find Christmas kind of sad, but now it's just... a day with a funny name.
