I get live streaming TV FROM japan and I want to know what TIME (EST) does TV Tokyo air new epoisdes of the Pokemon Anime.

5:30 AM in the Eastern time zone. (Yes, even on XMAS eve, I lurk)

I always wake up 10 minutes early on Thursdays so I can log on and find out what happened before I go off to school.
 
Every Thursday in Japan. About 6:00, you do the calculation. I 'm not sure about your timezone.
