What to do With My Shiny Swampert? (Known as Purplenurple)

So a few months ago a bread a Shiny Mudkip visa Madusa Method, on the 100th Egg. Now it's a Swampert and I don't know how to really use it competitively this is its EV spread, it has 1 max IV (SpAtk) and +Def - Spd and no egg moves
Do you Have any suggestions?

If its max IVs are in SpA why did you EV train it in Attack. I wouldn't really recommend using Swampert as both Quagsire and Gastrodon are better than Swampert.

Because it's Spatk EV trained is lower than its Atk EV trained

If it doesn't have the proper IVs I wouldn't use it. Shinies are just a useless palette swap anyway.
