Simple question. By what type of Anime, I mean like fantasy, monsters, fighting, etc.

I don't t think I watch programs by Genre.. I guess I'd be more into fantasy, or to see an American Superhero styled Anime. (Not one based off of an American Comic, but one in the formula of a costumed hero in a metropolis)

Though, if I were to be more specific on an actual show... I'd want GiTS 3rd gig, and Fairy Tail! Lol

I don't watch or read things in general by genre. Heck, I read and watch a lot of things that don't suit match my tastes at all but love it.

I'm usually into the whole slice-of-life thing but with an epic twist.

For once I'd like to see an anime about American history, with the colonies and stuff, only the art style has lots of moe characters.

I'd love to see a moe Native American

A historical Anime about a non-Japanese place would be cool!

...uh erm...nevermind, you ruined the whole ride.

I'm not crazy about moe myself but American moe is like non existant.

I'd compromise, having characters with designs like the chubby face like young characters in typical anime. I cant describe it better but most of the Pokemon characters like May, Misty, Hikari, Ash, Shinji, Flannery, Hinata, Jessie, they have it. Yet Shirona and Azami dont

Sorry if I came off that way

or two animes
one moe and one just normal
I just want to avoid realist-looking characters. If I wanted that, I'd watch Batman/Superman cartoons.

Watch Full Metal Alchemist then. And then watch the movie. The movie takes place during WWII and takes place mostly in Germany. It isn't Non-fiction, though. It's fantasy.

Well I'm sure you know there ARE a lot of anime titles taking place outside of Japan, even non-fantasy ones.

But I think I clearly remember seeing something of pure historical sense as an anime. Yes, it was again in a European setting, but I don't know the name.

And I believe I misinterpreted the topic at first.

So...

I'd like to see an anime about Japanese school girls who get lost in the Aokigahara forest right by Mt Fuji. I read about the forest and it sounds awesome. It's probably one of the most fascinating places in Japan. I mean with icy caves, ghost sightings, random discarded items like wallets. I almost want to go there myself.

I want someone to make an Anime based off Hotel Dusk (on the Nintendo DS).

I'd like to see an anime based off Phoenix Wright. And if they already have one, then why haven't I seen it yet?!

Well right now I feel like watching an anime where people goes back in time or goes to another world.

A while ago I thought of an amusing anime. It wouldn't have any fanservice and barely any moe. I dont think 4chan's people would like it
An anime about old people/retirement home residents. It would be a mix of old men telling young children stories about the old days during the twenties/jazz age/World war 2, old ladies fighting, old people jokes, etc

btw, Katsu Koneko, that link in your sig, I wouldn't keep it there, I heard people from PUSA come here.

4chan sucks. YTMND ftw! Try something that would make a great fad for YTMND!

Inuyasha is the show/manga you wanna watch/read then. Kagome (the main female of the story) can travel back in time through a well to Inuyasha's time, and Inuyasha can go to the future to Kagome's time.

Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi
or something along those lines is like that.

I saw it years back and it was alright. The emphasis was going to a new world each episode. Always something different, it was neat in that respect.

4chan and ytmnd both suck. any site with recycled memes is awful :]

Saw it. Got bored of it. The end. ^^; I mean who hasn't seen Inuyasha? :O

@Porygon - Oooh I've heard of that and always wanted to see it. Thanks so much~ X3

id like to see something with a futuristic dystopia-like setting, but have it be a happy story (like no emo characters etc)
