What would be the best part of living in the Pokémon World?

I was watching the very first episode of the series for the first time in awhile this morning and the thought just hit me; what would be the very best part about living in the Pokémon universe?

There are many, many things that come to mind when I think about it but I’d rather hear the thoughts of others who sometimes dream about it.

Some things that I think about first are the following;

• Getting to leave home at 10
• Only having to go to school up until around the 5th grade
• Meeting, capturing, battling, traveling and living with some powerful creatures known as Pokémon
• Being treated somewhat as a grown-up at age 10
• Getting to wear the same thing almost every day!!!
• Traveling with some good friends or alone
• Possibly not age…or the years in that world are extremely long which causes people to not age at a normal 365-a-day-year like we do in this universe
• Going to many different places all the while meeting new people and Pokémon
• Battling elite military like organizations bent on domination in one form or another
• Competing in major tournaments or contests to determine the top Pokémon trainers in different interactions with Pokémon; Champion, Pokémon Master, Top Coordinator, etc.
• The vast amount of technology that is only available in the Pokémon World
• Living in a world that defies our laws of physics and other matters

And I could go on talking about all of the other cool things that happen in that world compared to ours. So what would you love the most about living in the Pokémon World?

Pretty much all but entering leagues (as I'd be written to lose every single time then...seriously, what do the writers have against Ash trying to win the leagues? Why'd they have to bring that trainer with Darkrai and Latios?)

I've always wanted to travle the world and see new places. Not old enough to go out on my own yet, and from the looks of things I'll never have the money todo so. There seems to be no travle fair in the Pokemon world from what I've seen, and ever if their is all I'd have to do is beat random trainers until I have enough money todo so.

So, it's a combination of leaving home at ten and travling. That would be the major thing I would do if I lived in the Pokemon world.

The best part of Pokémon is when a movie ends and you can see the end credits where Ash with friends are having a great time in different places - I envy them so much!
The another thing is of course training and catching Pokémon.

Some great answers by everyone so far, but I must say that this answer shocks me the most, but in a good way. It intrigues me to think of the Pokemon World like this and when I do I think about how too much of a good thing is too much of a good thing perhaps.

Like going on a journey could be opposite from watching it on TV or playing the games, who knows if you actually get money from battles like in the game, you actually have to take time and train your Pokemon unlike taking mere seconds to use TM/HM like in the show, but I think that's what would make it more fun.

It is very dificult to picture what it would be like, If you had a battle in the Pokemon world you wouldn't hear the music that usally brings it to life, it would be very quiet I think.

HAHA, I couldn't help but bust out laughing at this comment! You're right no music if you turn your hat around, throw a Pokeball, catch a Pokemon or win a battle just the sounds of explosions and attacks colliding oh well...

Traveling alone, but not really alone because you've got Pokemon. Freedom to discover yourself and the world at your own pace, freedom of education. Sleeping out under the stars in the country, under bridges or in parking complexes in the city while the rain pours down outside. Places like Pokemon Tower, Pokemon Mansion, Viridian Forest. ..Cheap food and board.
