I would just stand there and watch them.
 
I'd just stare at them and let them fly. If I actually had Pokemon and Poke Balls with me, I'd take this opportunity to catch them.
 
Invite them to a sweet rave party. And then have said sweet rave party.
 
I'd just stare.... and then realize what I was looking at and go, "Whoa!"

I'd fight/catch them... except for the fact that I lack pokemon. And that both could potentially rip me to shreds, with their MINDS. Even though they dont like fighting :x

So yeah,I think instead of fighting/catching them,I'd watch them,and wonder where they are going, and probably want to follow them to see if they lead me to other pokemon :D
 
In real life: Watch them, snap photos, all that jazz.

In my twisted fantasy: Either have my Persian pick on em, Have my Butterfree put them to sleep, or I might pull out my handy-dandy bazooka.
 
Stop smoking wathever I was smoking and shoot them both in the face. Or just take a picture, depends on my ammo.
 
Take a video/picture. If I wasn't close to a camera, call to them and see if I could follow them.
 
I'd drop those fucking allergy pills before I start seeing Elvis raiding my fridge.
 
I would probably go "What the... WOW." And tell everyone on net that I saw them, and get banned for some time because of spamming/trolling.
 
I would try to befriend them, and we'd spend forever eating cookies and hugging. Bawwww <3
