If you could pick any Pokemon, except for legendaries and ones you could only get one chance at to start with, what would you pick?

I want Sandshrew~ D: <3
 
I'd start with a gligar. Just because gligars are that awesome.
 
Good choices! :] I think Smeargle would be cool, but difficult @o@
 
I don't know much about the DP Poke's, so I'll just choose my favorite from RSE: Beldum. I just love everything about Beldum's evolution line. Ralts would be a close second; in fact for pretty much all of Emerald, I used Ralts/Kirlia/Gardevoir.
 
Nidoran, perferably female, but male is cool too. Either way, I would to evolve her/him to her/his next stage and STOP.

Whatever I have access to really, that is fairly easily tamed.

Which probably would be a growlithe, as dogs aren't exactly rare. And it is pretty much impossible for that thing to be disloyal.
 
I'd go with Bulbasaur of course! ^_^ But if actual starters are banned, you can't go wrong with Pidgey.
 
Oddish or Ralts. I'd also like Pinsir, but he'd be a bit too strong for the beginning, and I like Pokés that "grow with you".

I'd probably go with Ralts since she's got more moves to use than Oddish. :<
 
Tropius or Lapras. Not only do I have a terrible weakness for dinosaurs, but I love swimming and flying. Granted in an airplane I'm scared to death, but with something you know won't let you down, it's not so bad. I also love bananas, so having something similar all the time would be nice. ^^
 
I want to start with Feebas ^_^, because I'm always thinking about myself being a trainer who started out with no help from professors, or parents, in my trainer biography, I was a team aqua grunt after my 10th birthday, and I ran away from home at midnight with my mom's Feebas and I grew a bond with it and I made it maxed out beauty and it evolved into Milotic, Feebas would always be by my side, even if I was a bad guy, I swam with feebas until I reached Lilycove, and foudn Team Aqua there, but on my way there I stopped at other places like slateport, and went out into the wild to catch other pokemon and eat lunch and stuff. Than I went to go see Team Aqua. Before that I had a best friend Named Julie and she secretly joined Team Magma, than I stopped being friends with her once i found out our idenities, and I foudn out that both teams were bad, and I quit, and became a normal trainer. Thats how my trainer life goes.
