Whatever Happened to the Skateboard

It was never a skateboard. It was a puppy. then Seto Kaiba smiled and it died.

Maybe in the Generation 5 games you'll be able to upgrade your form of transportation as you go. You start the game with running shoes, then you get roller skates, next you obtain a skateboard, then you get the classic bike, and finally, after you've beaten the Elite Four and champion, you get a car driven by your own personal cheerleader squad.

That's basically what you do now, except its shoes-->bike

If there is even gonna be a difference in speed, the bike will end up being way to hard to control with all that speed. It'll be almost impossible to move one step with it. But it would be cool nonetheless

And the car...
"Watch out people I'm in my awesome Rapidash GT! Watch as I run into this guy and he somehow withstand the power of a car without dying!"

I don't think there is enough room in the cities for a car..

Maybe the rival in Yellow should have been driving around in a car... :p

But yeah I heard there was going to be a Skateboard too, but they probably just figured the bike was better.

No it wasn't. I can't fucking believe we actually have a topic on a false rumor. No wait i forgot. How fucking stupid am to forget I that we still need a 3rd version to completely disprove it! 8D
 
I prefer bike. I don't like skateboards anyways. I like the way they handled the running shoes in HGSS, so you didn't have to press the B-button all the time.
