whats a custum pokeball?

i just do not know does it alow you to carve a normal pokeball into any other pokeball?
 
Do you mean Kurt's balls? You bring him an Apricorn and he makes you a pokeball from it.
 
Explain further and clearer and maybe you'll get an answer.
 
And maybe next time you'll post this in the questions thread.
