What's exactly in the Bulbagarden development forum around here?

Everytime I click on it I can't seem to go in. And when I read the terms on having to donate I realized why I couldn't get on. But I just want to know what's in those threads

I believe that it is an area devoted to the further development of Bulbagarden Forums. My guess is that the people able to access it are able to give advice about how to make Bulbagarden better. I am not positive, but I am guessing that this is what it is all about. Hope this helped!

Oh ok. Then what's the point of the Suggestion Box then

The Developement forum is kinda like an enhanced Suggestion Box for people who are Staff. Its a place where things can get developed (like new forums) without the actual users seeing any of it.
