What's is the Demo Darkrai?

I may be wrong, but I believe it is a special Darkrai that was given to movie theater employees before Movie 10 was released. As far as special characteristics, I believe it has the same as the actual Movie Darkrai---meaning Roar of Time and Spacial Rend in its moveset.
 
I'm not sure. I think it might have a different OT/ID Number.
 
Someone here said they had a Demo Darkrai in their sig. I can't remember who though. >_>
