What's the biggest stat increase you've ever seen on level-up?

The reason I ask is, I'm currently training my recently-acquired Metagross to level 100 and the last level he went up (69->70) he gained +7 to defense, which is the greatest stat increase for one level I've ever seen.

Just wondered if you've ever seen any more than that, and why do you think it was so high? He didn't even battle, he got it from the exp. share.
 
+24 for Special Attack on my Ampharos.

It's when EVs kick in.
 
I got a +6 on my Sceptile's speed once, can't remember anything higher than that :sweatlol:
 
Can't remember, but the one I remember most is my Swampert gaining +10 Attack in Emerald.

When you EV train a Lv 95 or so Pokemon by making it fight against Lvl 2-3 Pokemon, it means a hell lot of EV gains in one level, maybe combined with Vitamins and all.
 
I got a +14 in Special Attack with my Frisker, Bannett... It got it while I was trying to find a Twisted Spoon while on while Abra...
 
My Meganium got a +48 in Defense when I finished EV training it. At the, it also got a +39 in HP and a +8 in Special Attack
 
=8 when training my Drifblim, but that sucks badly compared to others here...
 
Mine was +11 on a Adamant Scizor in the Atk stat. Had PokeRus and a Power Anklet on, beat down a Shinx. Good shit.
 
I just finished EV training Musclekarp, my lvl 98 magikarp, now 99
it has 510 attack evs, all in one lvl (rare candy ftw)

it gained a whole lot of attack, i think +50

The most EVs you can have in one stat is 255, and only 252 of those will count towards the stat total...
 
oh, damn -_- well that sucks, i guess i need to ev train him more now. well, i know something now

and i need to go check his stats
 
Man, I haven't bothered EV-training my level 65-average teams because I thought it was too late. I gotta get on this bus.
