what's the deal with team aqua and team magma

I repeat, because their ideas are in oppositon to each other. If one team were to achieve their goal, it would mean that the other team couldn't achieve theirs.
 
That's like asking Republicans and Democrats to get along!
 
Well, they are the lamest villains yet. At least Team Aqua is. Really, they want to "expand the sea". For what purpose? Idiots, the lot of them. Team Magma is only slightly better.

And, like BG said, their ideals are in complete opposition. If you do one, the other suffers. That's generally not a good formula for getting along.
 
they.....are.....video...game....villains. they're not supposed to get along. and there's no way for them to get exactly half and half without ruining a half. and....they have no reason to do what they want to do so....why? because they want to.
