Probably about 100, I don't really keep up on the temperature.
70 is too hot for me, anyway. :(

70?! That's pretty cool for me. Good weather for playing sports though, except for swimming.

According to Wikipedia, the max we've hit as the full UK is 38.5 °C. That's likely to have been in South England. No idea what it would have been here in Northern Ireland but it's probably not much higher than 30ish.

104°F is the hottest that I remember. I think it's been hotter than that, but I'm not sure... probably a few degrees.

Yeah, I can remember 42 degree days, (Celsius, not Farenheit) but I heard of a 45 degree day in South Australia a few years ago.

I think that 42 degrees is about 105-110 (??) degrees Farenheit

um 100 something, I love the heat, but it isnt that bad here in the windy city, except for the winters.lol

I think it was back in 1997 , when we had a bad drought, the haze, and some of the highest temperatures: somewhere around 36 degrees Celsius. And this is not forgetting Singapore's humidlity - which made it only worse. It was unbearable :banghead: .

I could still remember seeing the reservoirs drying up, it's former bottom exposed and all cracked  .

Somewhere around 100°F.

I'm going to put this in perspective for those not on the metric system.

43°C = 109.4°F
42°C = 107.6°F
38.5°C = 101.3°F

100°F is 37.78°C (estimate)

I mean that 42°C was the hottest it's been that I remember. It was two years ago, where I live, of course.
Is there any problem?

Now that I remember it, It actually got up to 120 here, I think.
