Hello, I am TrainerRed108 and I am new to the forums!

I have been playing Pokemon since I was 5 and my favorite Pokemon is Charizard. I kinda need help In some Pokemon games that I play.

Help wanted list:

1. Fast way to get a lvl 50 Pikachu, a Scuicune, an Articuno, a Zapdos and a Moltres to kick butt

2. Location of TM 23 in FireRed

3. Help with the Elite Four (Second round in FireRed)
