Hello i'm here today to figure out what episodes of the pokemon cartoon did you like. my favorite episode was when team rocket ash, misty and, brock was stuck on the ship everyone got out but them. it's a really old episode btw but, still think it was one of the best ones in a long time. if anyone don't know or didn't seen the episode your talking about don't worry that's what i'm here for. we all could discuss about it along what you guys liked. happy posting and, good luck. :cool:
 
My fave episodes are in BW, because they felt different with out team rocket in ever episode
 
Battling the Enemy within wins for me,hands down.
My other favorites are Hocus Pokemon (only because of the ending) and The Tower of Terror.
So my favorite episodes have Ash getting possessed,turning into a Pikachu, and practically dying. WTF is my problem.

Pretty sure this thread has been made before. My favorite episode is The Ghost of Maidens Peak from Kanto. I just remember laughing so much and watching it while I was off school sick. It brings back nice memories.

And it has one of the coolest PokeShipping hints :)
 
Do i hear ralts, because it showed max's potential as a character instead of a poke nav guide :P
 
I really wasn't into the newer seasons in pokemon but, i have just started watching them again. XD
 
all advance gen and especially the last too and the wallace cup, (alright every episode with may in it)
 
I have several, but I'll just name the ones that stand out to me.

- Princess vs. Princess, mostly because that was one of the few times we actually got to see Misty in action. Plus I loved her rivalry with Jessie.

- Who Gets to Keep Togepi, mainly for Meowth's "Lay off the E-G-G-S" line. XD

- The Wayward Wobbuffet was one of the funniest episodes in Johto. It's been forever since I've seen this one, but just thinking about it makes me realize how much I miss Wobbuffet in BW.

- The Ash vs Harrison battle in the Silver Conference was one of the most epic things I saw on TV as a kid XD I also really liked Ash's battle with Gary too.

- Hoenn was filled with entertaining episodes, ones like The Bicker the Better and Claydol Big and Tall stand out to me. I really liked a lot of the AG episodes, whether they be Contests, Gym Battles, or just entertaining fillers. I also really loved the Ralts episode. It almost made me cry when I first saw it.

- For DP, a lot of my favorite episodes were the early ones. The maze episode and the Mismagius episode were just hilarious. I also liked the Hippopotas episode. The Wallace Cup arc was probably my favorite thing to come out of DP. A special mention goes to Once There Were Greenfields, because that was the first episode to actually make me cry.

- For BW, my favorites were Cilan catching Drwbble and Burgundy's first episode.
 
Well, out of Diamond and Pearl, I'd have to say "Ill will hunting" mainly because Gary appears, but shieldon is really cute.
Advance Generation would be some of the earlier episodes.
Johto: Definitley the one where Ash becomes a pikachu!
OS: Riddle me this, simply because Jigglypuff draws on Gary's face.
 
I've been waiting for a topic like this!

I don't really care that much for the new stuff (in Unova and Sinnoh), but the old stuff is great. I just haven't watched it as much, so I'm not going to say it is bad or anything. I haven't watched the new stuff enough to really say what I like and don't like. Anyways (I won't put a description on each episode, that'd take hours)...

This list is long, so I put it in spoilers
1. Showdown in Pewter City: I know it is one of the "pity" badges Ash gets, but I just love this episode. I like how it was "the ultimate challenge" Ash had faced up to this point.

2. Clefairy and the Moon Stone

3. The water flowers of Cerulean City

4. The Path to the Pokémon League- for the first filler in the show's history, I think they did a good job. For the rare occasion, TR's dimwitted-ness was actually funny. Also, despite it being a filler, I feel there is still some character development in Ash.

5. The School of Hard Knocks- love the idea of a Pokémon training school. I do think they should have shown a teacher, though, but everything else was great.

6. Charmander - The Stray Pokémon- I think this is the best "Pokémon capture" episode ever made.

7. Mystery at the Lighthouse

8. Electric Shock Showdown- Gotta love Ash's first non-pity gym victory.

9. Battle Aboard the St. Anne- Shows off almost all of the major features of Pokémon (trading, battling, TR, etc.) in one action-packed episode.

10. The Ghost of Maiden's Peak- This is probably my favorite Pokémon filler ever. I love the Japanese feel to it. Reminds me of Inuyasha. This episode also shows how dumb 4Kids' censorship is: They are usually very authoritarian with censorship, but they kept Brock's "bathing suits, and girls to wear them" line including a picture of women in bikini's.

11. Abra and the Psychic Showdown, The Tower of Terror, and Haunter vs. Kadabra- I put these three episodes together because this is a three-episode arc of Ash's battles with Sabrina. I love how they give Sabrina a backstory and character development that is more than just "she is a gym leader".

12. Pokémon Scent-Sation

13. Hypno's Naptime

14. The Punchy Pokémon- Pokémon + Rocky. Gotta love it!

15. The Ninja Poké-showdown

16. The Flame Pokémon-athon

17. Ditto's Mysterious Mansion

18. The Battling Eevee Brothers

19. The Song of Jigglypuff

20. A Chansey Operation

21. The Ultimate Test

21. The Breeding Center Secret- by the way, this is the first time we ever see Butch and Cassidy

22. Beach Blank-out Blastoise

23. Clefairy Tales

24. Holiday Hi-Jynx- I love a Pokémon Christmas episode!

25. Showdown at the Poké-corral

26. The Evolution Solution

27. The Pi-Kahuna- I think this is another episode everyone should watch. I think that aside from TR's typical stuff, this episode has great writing.

28. Go West, Young Meowth- This is not called "Hollywood Heartbreak", Viz Media!! I like learning about the major characters' backstory, and Meowth's was really good. Interesting that Meowth is an American.

29. All Fired Up- aside from the cheesy moments (TR stealing the flame, the spirit inside the flame saving the day), I like the way they show the opening ceremonies. Just like the Olympics

30. Round One-Begin!

31. The Fourth Round Rumble- My favorite battle in all of Ash's Pokémon League tournaments

32. A Scare in the Air

33. Pokéball Peril- I'm still waiting on an in-show answer on what's up with the GS Ball!!! (as in, them say in the show what it really is and what's in it, not just some scrapped answer that the show's makers say in the real world.)

34. Pikachu Re-volts- The best Orange Islands episode IMO.

35. The Crystal Onix

36. Stage Fight

37. Snack Attack

38. The Mandarin Island Mismatch

39. Wherefore art thou, Pokémon

40. The Mystery Menace

41. The Pokémon Water War

42. Hello Pummelo! and Enter the Dragonite- I think this two-episode arc has the greatest single battle in Ash's career
