Probably Chimchar. I think it's cute. As for babies, I'd say Pichu.

Either Tepig or Buizel for the first stage Pokémon, and Munchlax for the baby Pokémon.

Riolu is the cutest baby Pokemon ever. ;A; I want to pick one up and hug one!

Tyrogue, Igglybuff, Pichu, Chingling, Bonsly, Wynaut, Azurill, and Budew are other faves of mine. D:

As for first-stagers, I like Meowth, Oshawott, Woobat, Zubat, Sunkern, Piplup, Starly, Wurmple...I could go on. 8D;

Azurill, Wynaut, Tailow, Ralts, Magby... the list can go on and on.

But if Azurill's stats weren't so sad, I would train a whole team, but alas, I'm lazy.

Don't you mean basic? First stage = once evolved, no? Regardless, there're are so many I wouldn't know where to start! As for the babies, they're almost too cute to choose just one. Still, if I absolutely must then I think its Azurill (possibly) - its just too cute for words! :3 Happiny & Togepi are close seconds, though :)

As for baby Pokémons, I like Cleffa the most, specially if shiny! But to be honest, baby Pokémon, isn't they quite pointless?

There's a lot of nice basic/first stager I like, rather then the evolved form, well, when it comes to design at least, not quite sure about the stat use. Abra/Kadabra, Ponyta, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dratini/Dragonair, Totodile, Natu, Mareep/Flaaffy, Hoppip, Porygon, Carvanha, Buizel, Gible, Dwebble, Tirtouga, Gothita, Foongus, male Frillish...... all these and probably a lot more looks way better than their evolution, in my option!
