What's Your Favorite Pokemon Adaptation?

I myself, WaterType86, prefer the Pokemon Special/Adventure the best. I believe it holds to the original
stories of the games as best as possible, while allowing for a reasonable and exciting plot.

pokemon adaption, i only really keep up with the games, i stoped watching the anime around the time of the 3rd generation.
however i have seen some of the newer movies since i don't mind seeing that and i did enjoy that movie with mew and lucario

PokéSpe for me too, even though it can get a bit melodramatic and nonsensical at times, particularly with their villain origin stories, but even that is kind of charming on its own.

Special seems to be the one adaptation that utilizes the most potential of the world presented by the video games. And yeah, it's kind of stupid at times, but I applaud them for making long and engaging original stories with the characters they're given.

I like Special a lot more than the anime...for a miraclous amount of reasons, one of which being you don't see Pikachu a lot.
