What's your favourite Cat Pokémon?

I'll go with Incineroar because a starter final evolution with an exclusive Z-Move is so cool, but Persian and Meowstic are close calls.
 
Mine is Persian, specifically the Alolan form. You cannot go wrong with Fur Coat.
I do like those Pokémon who perform well in battles despite being bashed for poor design, an entirely irrelevant aspect to me.
 
Would it be worth separating Kanto and Alolan Meowths/Persians?

I don't really like the cat Pokemon (unless you want to count Raikou as a cat). They're ... sort of ... just 'okay' ?

However, I did pick Litten as my starter in Sun, and you always end up with starter nostalgia, so my vote goes to ...
NOT Incineroar.
 
Raikou, but since it's not on the list, I'll say Liepard and Torracat. One is sleek, fast, and elegant (and looks absolutely luxurious in that red velvet Shiny coloration), while the other has more of a cool, confident mien along with a bulkier body, but is still adorable (just watch its angered animation in Refresh!).

I am also a big fan of Alolan Persian and the two Meowstic variants.

While I appreciate the option, I do want to clarify that while Raikou legitimately is my favorite feline Pokémon, I was being sort of satirical by mentioning it - alluding to the long-standing debate about whether the trio are based on dogs, cats, or something else. Now, I think Raikou is pretty indisputably drawing from sabertooth tigers which would put it firmly in cat territory and it does bewilder me to think that some people think of it as canine, but I would agree that Entei and Suicune are more ambiguous. Entei always struck me as more of a lion-like animal, but I can see why people look at it and think "dog." Suicune, on the other hand, doesn't really seem particular cat- or dog-like to me.

But there are certainly some people who will maintain that they are all cat-like, just as there are those who hold them to be strictly dog-like, or a blend of the two, or neither. I guess that is good enough reason to include them, though, if some people do perceive them as cat-like. The people who don't think of some or all of them as cats don't have to vote for them, after all. ;)

Litten/Incineroar has definitely become my new favorite feline this generation. Its Fire/Dark typing is great, and its design is so badass. It's a great addition to the series, and I might even end up using it for a second time this fall.

Honorable mentions to Raikou, Skitty, Shinx, and Alolan Meowth (and sort of Solgaleo since it's a lion).
 
Team Rocket's Meowth has biased me in favor of Meowth.

Raikou and Entei are simply and undeniably awesome for being the embodiments of nature's fury (a thunderstorm and a volcano, respectively).

Incineroar is more anthro than the other cat pokémon and I think it's a good complement to Hawlucha as another pro-wrestling themed pokémon.
