. It turns a portion of the screen dark and red (or the entire pokédex) and its cry is an infinitely corrupted nightmare song.

"4 4" is also really good. Usually it crashes the game wrecking everything spectacularly to the point nobody knows exactly what does it do, and apparently it can sound like an amalgamation of screaming Pikachu.

Not exactly a pokémon but I also encountered "JACRED" on my own and that was pretty scary.
MissingNo.'s undead forms are also really good, though.

I'll go with plain old Missingno.
Most well known, the one that made all Glitch Pokemon better known among the community, part of all sorts of interesting stories and theories.
