When and how could i set a profile user image?

Go to Settings at the top of the forums which will take you to your User Control Panel, and on the left side go to Edit Profile Picture, then either paste in the URL to an online image or upload one from your computer. Then go to the bottom and click Save Changes and the image will be set as your Profile Picture.

Thanks so much for your patience. I always visit my own profile but I had not even noticed the Settings field at the top of the forums...
