When do you think Seviper and Wobbuffet will leave?

Wobbuffet is in the show something like 470 episodes, Seviper maybe 350 - but they weren't change at all.

so what do you think? Jessie needs to get a new snake? Wobbuffet needs to leave? or maybe they will evolve some day into a pokemon from the next generation?
 
Don't think any of them will ever get a new evolution, though I thought the same about Magmar too.
As for their chances to leave, I doubt Wobbufet will ever leave. It is now Jessie's mascot as Pikachu is Ash's mascot. Seviper will also stay unless game creators will come with yet another snake. Snakes are trademark for Jessie now as are Grass types for James. If there will be new snake in Gen5, I am sure Seviper will be replaced with it. If not, Seviper is safe.

It's obvious Wobbuffet won't leave and that Seviper won't leave unless there's a new snake
 
So i have another question - do you WANT that Seviper and Wobbuffet will leave? this is the real question.
 
I must admitt I don't care either way. TR's Pokémon were never important for me. Well, at least unless they don't have Pokémon I wish another character got instead, as happened with Yanmega who I want to see in Dawn's roster instead of Jessie's. But there's nothing I can do with it and it has nothing to do with this subject, so I rather stop my rant here.
 
I have to say Wobbuffet became really useless
It barely appears anymore for more than a few seconds so I do think it's ridiculous to keep it if they don't think to ever let it do something
But I know it won't leave
I like Seviper but it don't really show much personality or something that makes it unique... it even didn't learn a new attack after so much time... so I wouldn't mind to see it leave
And again, I know it won't leave until there's a new snake
 
That's what I mean, it's used for a little scene once in a lot of time
It barely appears anymore compared to how it was in the past
One thing that could be nice is if they let it star in an episode that show the female version of Wobbuffet, it can fall in love with it or something and I'm sure it'll turn out a funny ep

But then it will leave - something i don't want to happen.
 
It doesn't have to leave if it falls in love
See Totodile, Piplup and various other cases
The female one can love someone else (or like Wobbuffet until the very end of the ep where it finds someone else)
EDIT: Wobbuffet itself already fell in love once - in that Kirlia from season 9's first ep (Fear Factor Phony)
 
Sonansu will never leave. It's a permanent mascot and you will have to deal with it.
 
That doesn't necessarilly means it must leave. We had Pokémon before who fall in love but stayed in the show. Sceptile is just one example. And even Wobbuffet had episode like this already. That BF episode when it fall in love with… what it was? Kirlia? Can't remember now.
I am affraid at this point, there's nothing new they can do with Wobbuffet. It started to be very boring Pokémon and that's sad.

I'm sure they could do at least a little more but it seems like they don't bother to try
 
Wobbuffet will never leave (because he's a permanent mascot), just as everybody has said. Also Seviper won't be replaced until there is a new snake. To be fair, Jessie has more or less replaced Seviper with Yanmega when it comes to the battles.
But really, Team Rocket already got rid of two of their pokemon in this arc. It will be overkill if we got rid of another one/two, don't you think?
Though I do admit that Wobbuffet is not seen in episodes as often anymore. I actually think Mime Jr. is seen more now. I really think that the show can do without Wobbuffet.
 
I agree with most that has been said so far. Seviper will leave when there's a new snake, and Wobbuffet will likely never leave. I don't think it's impossible, but it's been there so long the writers might have started to consider it a regular. I kind of want them both to leave, but I do really like Wobbuffet's comedic potential. It just isn't realized anymore.
 
Wobbufett is one of those Pokemon that doesn't really matter anymore but the writers keep it around anyway.

If Wobbufett was going to leave, they would have had it gone back in Hoenn. Instead, Wobbufett lasts through the entire AG series and now 150 episodes into DP.

Obviously the writers want it around.
 
I did think that Seviper might go because it wasn't a native to sinnoh but I think now the writers are waiting for a new snake pokemon.
 
seviper will probably leave entually, and wobbuffet will be there forever, like meowth.
 
Sonansu is a mascot. It's going nowhere.

As for Habunake, I just hope that they don't make a gen 5 snake! xC
 
I never liked Wobbuffet, ever, I always hoped it wouldn't stick around but the producers seem to have some wierd fetich or bizzare attachment to that annoying ugly blue punchingbag. I sure hope it goes at some point.

I liked seviper and i wasn't upset that it replaced arbok but it never had much of a personality past its first episode. It was jessies main battler but Yanmega seems to be edging in on that right fast (and for good reason, yanmega is strong/talented) so it looks like Seviper will leave when it is able... :(
