Where can i buy The Japanese Movie 14 Blu Ray?

What region does Norway?
And, if not, can i play the Japanese DVD in norway?

Yes you can, Japan and Norway are both DVD Region 2. Although you will have to have an NTSC capable DVD player and TV, which shouldn't be a problem if your equipment's no more than about 7-8 years old.

So a PS3 and a Samsung HD tv should do the trick, then, i suppose?

Your PS3's DVD player will be the region of whatever country you bought it in, so if you bought it in Norway, it probably means it's Region 2. Which means it can play the Japanese DVD.

^^What Dogasu said. The HD TV shouldn't have any problems playing 480i/p DVD (which is what the Japanese one would be), so as long as you've got the right region you should be good.

Has anyone actually confirmed that the Japanese Blu-ray is Region A locked, though? I thought #pocketmonsters would have the answer, but they don't identify whether or not a Blu-ray is region free.

According to an eBay listing I was able to look up, the Blu-Ray is region-free (it can be hard to tell this sometimes, since region-free discs don't always put this on the packaging, but the listing does state it is all regions).

From what I understand, all-region DVD/Blu-Ray players are more common in Europe. If in doubt, check your player's manual.
