where can I catch dratini

I've got platinum and got really confused. According to bulbapedia, you can catch dratini by using super rod in mt coronet. I've been doing that for 2 days now and no dratini at all. Can anyone help, where can I catch dratini in platinum.

Bulba is correct. Try the lake where you find Feebas. Unless that is where you are.
 
You have to ride up a waterfall in Mt Coronet, then use Super Rod. Failing that, I can breed you a dratini & trade you it.

You can it's just that they're really rare I remember how I caught a Dragonair in the Safari Zone back in Firered
 
seriously? you can consult bulbapedia for this, or at worst go to simple questions/simple answers thread.
 
They're not rare in DPPt, just a bit of a travel to get there, but they're a 1 in 3 chance when you get there.
 
Just get Leaf Green/Fire Red, catch it in the Safari Zone, and migrate...you can also buy it at the Celadon Game Corner XD
