Where can I find the manga

Where can I find the manga? In English, I can't read Japanese. My library doesn't have it, and neither does the main new and used books store doesn't either. I'm going crazy wanting to read Pokemon Adventures/Special!!!!!!!

If anyone has a link to english scans or scanlations I would appritiate them.

1. There are no scans for Volumes 9 and up

Does anyone know where there are English translations to be found for the Pocket Monsters manga? (The one with Reddo, Pippi, and Pikachu; and Guriin and Hitokage). I've been searching now for eight hard, long years, with no success. I don't need scanlations, as I have the Japanese originals.
 
Get them from Chuang Yi. IT IS the ONLY way now.

She ships worldwide. If she could ship my comics to Poland, why wouldn't she ship them to UK?

The payment is via PayPal. She also accepts sending money in envelope but it's... much too reckless.
 
If you want those old comic book style books, there's quite a lot of them on amazon.com. Pretty cheap, too...
