Where can I get the Light Stone?

Where can I get the Light Stone to evolve my Roselia?
And what pokemon can I evolve using the Dawn Stone?
And what can I do with the Heart Scale?

The Shiny Stone for evolving Roselia and Togetic are found on Iron Island and Route 228.

Dawn Stone evolves male Kirlia into Gallade and female Snorunt into Froslass.

And Heart Scales are used with the Move Relearner (who is in Pastoria, I think).

You can also get extra Shiny stones by training a Pokemon with the Pickup ability to levels 41 and higher, as they pick them up at those levels.

Of course, if you'd looked at my guide to collecting items, you'd have known that. But I've discovered that no one acknowledges my Item FAQ anyway, so it's more profitable to just find the information in it myself and give it to people piece by piece as they ask for it. :/
