Forum Help Where did my badge options go?

a month or so ago, when i came back, i had found...wherever it is you assign badges to be actively used for your profile, since that's the only way to give yourself the starter fan badges. but now i would like to peel those off in favor of keeping my profile sidebar on the concise side, and i can't find the page anymore. i've looked at the badge list, i've looked at the user preferences page, i've looked at the edit your profile page, i've looked at the entire account details section and i can't find it.

It's on the user profile; yours should be here. Clicking on the megaphone at the title of each badge toggles its display on/off
