Where do I make walkthroughs?

I'm planning to make a walkthrough on Pokemon Platinum here since I beat it, but I can't find out where to sign up.

We have a walkthroughs section in the Appendix: namespace on the wiki. Most aren't incredible. We really need to focus and clean those up.
