As the title says, tell us where you plan to go to college. Or if you are in college, where do you go to?

Personally, it's still a big choice for these two colleges:
  • Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo, CA
  • Cal Tech - Pasadena, CA
I used to have these choices:
  • Stanford University - Palo Alto, CA
  • UC Berkeley - Berkeley, CA
As you can see, I don't want to go to college outside of California. I just love this state so much.

What's yours?

Always had my sights set on the University of Toronto, but I'm only in grade 10 so I don't really know yet...

I doubt I'll go to University, but for College I'll try to find a program in the one in my town (who is just ten minutes away by foot, lucky me).

My eye is currently on Yale Law School. While I'm not exactly sure I can make it in there (I estimate my current GPA is somewhere between 3.6 and 3.9, and while I do have a fair amount of extracurricular activities, I'm not 100% sure they'll compensate), I'm just hoping for the best. I'm also thinking of Stanford University, as it has one of the best college swim-teams in the country, which is a plus.

Hmm. I guess I'll just have to wait and see. :/

Here in the Netherlands, I think I will study primary school teaching. I'm good with kids, and usually they like me too, and I think teaching can be fun. I've thought hard about what I wanted to be later, but the only thing I really can think of is primary school teacher. Anyone any other ideas? This is the year I graduate, so I really should have a study in mind before the end of the year.

Somewhere in Europe, Sweden or England. I'm going for biology/writing major, so I have my eyes set on the University of Lund, and other universities in England.

I have my sights on the University of Florida in Gainesville, but I don't know if I'll be cut out for that once the time comes. I plan to be a screenwriter in the future, so I might go to someplace like Cal Arts, but I don't think I can be certain at this point. I'm only 14, y'know.

You don't think you'll be cut out for it? Awwww...:(
Maybe this will cheer you up:
Close your eyes
And open your heart
Believe in yourself
That's how it starts
Dreams will come true
Just wait and see
'Cause the magic's in you
And the magic's in me!

:[|) (very wide smile.)

That was a 4Kids Winx Club reference if you didn't know.

As for me, I really am thinking that I should go to a minor college while I'm still a teenager and then go to a university after I turn 18.

And I do too know Jack Schitt.

The dream is to go to the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, also known as Imperial College London. Given that I got onto a highly selective Russell Group university scheme recently I'm hoping my chances will be boosted by the insider information and special opportunities but to be honest I'm happy to go anywhere with a good geography/geology department - after all, I'm really just looking into becoming a geography or geology teacher in the end despite my dreams of going to a world class university. For backup my preferential sights are set on Exeter University.

University of North Texas. There's a metric freakin' ton of kids from our school going there.

I'm hoping to go to the university of bath, in south west England, if not, any other of the universities that I have applied for.

University of Miami, FL. That's where I'm aiming for. If they want me, might as well go.

Honestly, I don't know...
I know I want to go to a university in California, but I need to find what I want to major in and what kind of job I want.

I'm planning to go to UMass Amherst for a degree in music.

Stanford's probably my first choice, but I've got a while to think about it.

I already have my B.A in Public History from Ball State (and any jokes you make about the name I've already heard, I promise - it was named after the Ball brothers, who saved the school from foreclosure in the early 1900s), so I've applied at the University of South Carolina and Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis's Public History grad program. I want to get into IUPUI sooooo bad. My professors all think I won't have any problem but I'm my harshest critic, I guess. xD

I want to go to MIT, my mom wants me to go to Stanford, my Guidance Councelor in High School says I have a good chance of getting into either. I'm glad I have 3.5 years to think about it and prepare :p

Junior at Bucknell University. Absolutely love it here.
