i was playing emerald ver. and i was walking and i found latios but he fled away and now i cant find him can some1 help me
 
After you track him with your pokedex, walk over to the area in which he's in and use a lot of repel there, so all the weak and unwanted pokemon will not appear, giving you a better chance of running into Latios.
 
Look at your Pokedex, until you're at his territory. Flying and moving out of routes and citys will only make him go somewhere else.
