Where the next regions should be based on?

In the future, later or sooner, i think we could get a Latin America region. There is mentions to there in the games, where scientists discovered Mew. Of course, Guyanas jungles must be there. Mexico could be the country, although it may have some elements of Peru, Chile, Bolivia and Brazil. Besides the cities of Mexico, there should necessarily have places like Salar de Uyuni, Copper canyon, geysers, Macchu Picchu , Rio de janeiro, and if possible, a large forest based on Amazon. The storyline should be basend in something about the Aztec and Inca culture. Besides the actual places, have a city based in the old west and other based in the native villages.

-Another continent based on Egypt. Luxor and Cairo as big cities. There would be pyramids, jungles, savannah, oasis, quicksand, jeeps in the desert, the library of Alexandria, underground cities, entire cities in the desert, and a whole city underwater.

-A large region based in Greece/Italy. Athens and Rome as the main cities. Santorini and Venice as the most important smaller towns. Pisa, Parthenon, Acropolis, Delphi, Colosseum, monasteries, sunflower fields, Meteora, ruins, archaeological museums, and rebuild the palace of Mykonos (the hideout of the villain team or some gym plug).

And UK or German for the new areas or even new region in next Kalos games.

What suggestions for the next regions, places or landscapes you have??

No more European regions for a while please. I want to see them skip around to different parts of the world first before they flesh out individual continents. I could go for something like Australia or South America.

Greece for sure. The franxhise as a whole has a fixation with its culture/historic landmarks and the country in general, that I am surprised it has not happened yet. Sootopolis in the priginal with its santorini inspired buoldings, spear tower architecture, movie 13 inspiration, and the linguiatic inspiration for Kalos. I would see it as culimnation of creativity, with GF going all in for the regions design and mythologies. I also feel that my idea of seasons tying into the mythos along with the return could work beautifully with Greece, as despite our mediterranean climated, all 4 seasons are beautifully had throughout. Not to mention they can draw inspiration from the pantheon as well.

It is my opinion that if Australia is used, there should an underground city. And opals. Lots of marsupial based Pokemon too.

I'd say southern France for a Kalos sequel. Then either Australia or New Zealand.

Australia would be better. I may be from New Zealand but I don't really like living here because of the intolerance. I like to see an England based region because I think it was one of the best places to be in.

No offense to any New Zealanders here, but I can't really see a New Zealand based region because it's not a well known place. Like, is there anything New Zealand is actually famous for? The only thing I know about it is that it's near Australia. I could see them maybe making New Zealand a part of Poke-Australia, maybe as the post game section.

New Zealand is famous for fantastic landscape, and being a certain fictional realm. In an Australia based region, there could be a Sydney-like city, the Outback, a reef (with more cool underwater Pokemon), and various other natural wonders.

If they make a second USA-based region, I think it should be based off the southeast. The starting city could be a smaller one like Mobile, Alabama. The largest cities would be based on Atlanta, Houston, and Miami. Other locations would be cities based on Charleston, Nashville, Charlotte, Little Rock, New Orleans, Tampa, Jackson, and Memphis. Victory Road could be in the Smoky Mountains, there could be a Disney World-like Battle Frontier, the Gulf of Mexico could make for a main water route, the Caribbean could be a postgame area, and the villainous team could be Tea Party extremists! I've got everything planned out!

Greece would be the obvious for me, kinda hinted that they looking at Greece with the name Kalos etc.

I imagine the trio would be based on the 3 God brothers, Hades (Fire) Poseidon (Water) and the ruler of the Trio Zeus (Electric) if not Zeus as the Trio master then maybe Kronos? Maybe have Cyprus or Crete as the post game island?

And to balance out the comment by @Jimmy The Swood Guy; the Vilainous team could be based on left wing communist extremists taking over the region. One of the admins can be bald and walk around in a silly leather jacket.

Anywhere but Japan please. I don't want to see another region of Japan, only to find out it's completely isolated like Hoenn was.

Greece is something I'd like to see, but I also think it'd be interesting if they did something with the Baltic region, with a sea or bay of water in the middle of the region.

2 obvious places for regions:

- South/Central America, with lot´s of nature, small towns, and one big central metropoli, based on the famous legend of "El Dorado". The main legendary pokemon of the legendary trio being a golden coloured flying Pokemon.

- The craddle of European civilization and culture: the region where anncient Greeks and Thracians lived.

The main land would be Greece, with it´s Parthenon, etc and a legendary Hecules- like hero (like AZ) who befriended the Legendary Poemon, which now you have to befriend to save the day. And also the legend of Aphrodite, who was said to be born from the sea foam near Cyprus.

Here's a few places I would like to see:
A haunted city. I know that already exists Lavender town, but imo thats a sad place and not macabre and plenty of ghosts. I wanna something that look like this

When they make a new game inspired by some European country, a haunted castle would be cool too.

I would like a town among giant trees, like this.

And a city connect only by bridges:
I have more ideas, but when I have the pictures to illustrate, ill post the rest.

On Latin america, a city with Aztec temples, it would be nice to see Cuzco, and on Greece, should be Crete, and the corynth canal.

Not now, but In the future I would like a very cold region. Probably based in Scandinavian countries with Antarctida, all together. Or perhaps Russia

Since there was already New York, and the Paris half of France, England is the next logical location. With London being the main city.

Iceland. No question about. It's far and away the most beautiful country in the world. Gorgeous scenery and landmarks (I mean, check out Reykjavik Cathedral below). Also, I fancy going someplace cold and it would be good to see some starters that are part ice-type.

Well, I was thinking. It may be that the franchise will based on countries involved in World War II and related conflicts, in allusion to Kalos war. Already there is Japan, US and now France. If they go for that line, the next will be UK, Russia, Germany, Italy, and so Latin America. Brazil and the Latin American allied to the US. As far as I know Greece was occupied by Germany, I dont know about Australia and the other countries cited.

Serbia and Yugoslavia would be in the same game/generation, or perhaps attached to more countries.

Countries like Poland and Germany may be in one game togheter too. But Imo before we “visit” them, we can go to more exotic and different places, since there is already Kalos. Not that it's bad, this part of Europe is beautiful, but I think there are different scenarios and cultures to explore in the games.

And Imo, Australia and New Zealand should be placed in one game. I eonder if Australia wouldnt look much similar to Hoenn, but it could represent an urban tropical area. The same correlation between Johto and Kanto. One is rural and the other urban. It's like an urban Hoenn.
