Where to find certain Pokémon?

I'm playing Pokémon Legends ZA and I want my team to be:

• Chikorita -> Bayleef -> Meganium -> Mega Meganium
• Absol <-> Mega Absol
• Fennekin -> Braixen -> Delphox
• Drilbur -> Excadrill -> Mega Excadrill
• Ralts -> Kirlia -> Gardevoir -> Mega Gardevoir
• Skrelp -> Dragalge -> Mega Dragalge

So, where do I find Drilbur, Ralts and Skrelp, what Main Quest is the Rogue Mega Absol unlocked in and after which Main Quest is Fennekin unlocked?

Drilbur is in Wild Area 14, Ralts can be found in places throughout the city, and Skrelp is in Lumiose Sewers. Absol (and the Absolite) is obtained shortly after you rank up to Rank V and Fennekin can be found in Wild Area 18 or in a fairly early side quest (I forget the number).

An honestly reasonable team you can get in ZA.
Chikorita's a starter.
Absol is obtained for free after clearing main mission 9. It'll even have an Absolite too.
Fennekin can be found in Wild Zone 18, but it can also be obtained from Side Mission 8, which is doable after main mission 5.
Drilbur is in wild zone 8 and 14.
Ralts is found on Bleu Sector 7, Vert Sector 4, Magenta Sector 7, and Rouge Sector 2. The last location might be the easiest way to get one, since an alpha might spawn the roof of Galerie de la Lune.
Skrelp can be found in the Lumiose Sewers.
