Where would you fit in the Pokemon World?

I'm not talking about being a trainer or gym leader. Because everyone would say that. The truth is, 99% of the population would need a normal job. Not everyone can meander! You could still use pokemon, of course.

I'd be a physicist. A freakin' cool one, at that, because I'd have my haunter at my side helping me understand all the meta-physical quirks of ghost pokemon. We'd eventually invent and patent the bottomless soda cup. End of story.

What about you?

Maybe an engineer. I don't know what Pokemon would be fit for that, but i want to invent stuff.

Id

If be a Coordinator and use my Munchlax for some wicked appeals, that would be my 1sr choice, but Id probally be a writer idk with what pokemon I would Use 4 that

- An artist with a Smeargle

- Musician with a Jigglypuff or Loudred

- Possibly a dancer with a Ludicolo

- A scientist in any field working with a tame Alakazam to use that outrageously high IQ

My heart has always belonged to the frozen north. Though I may journey for a little while, I'll eventually settle in or near Snowpoint and try to make living there easier for people (you have no idea what it takes to keep your home heated in winter up here). My Pokémon... it's hard to say, but I'd probably have both a Growlithe and a Snowver. A Bibarel might also be handy for gathering firewood, if it wasn't so mind-bogglingly stupid-looking.

I'd be a lawyer/detective and my Typhlosion and Pikachu could help me somehow...

I'd run a Pokemon Humane Society and give away a lot of the extra Pokemon I have to little kids and such. I have way too many extra fossil Pokemon!!

In the pokemon world... I'd probably be a Super Nerd or a Pokemon Ranger (not the DS type, but the park ranger type), but my pokemon would still be Rotom, Sandshrew, and Cacturne.

If you mean real job in a real-world pokemon, I'd still be into programming (I know, how boring), I'd just have more headaches from owning a Rotom and Being around computers.

A (most likely starving) artist with a bunch of Smeargle and a Wartortle plus Blastoise.

For a stretch, a Pokemon Ranger, like Jackie.

What normal job would I do?

I'd be something along the lines of an explorer/cartographer/photographer. It'd be my life's mission to explore and map all of the pokemon world. Photography would come along naturally with that, considering all the Pokemon I'd be seeing and the stuff I'd be doing.

For Pokemon, I'd need something large that flies, so a Tropius would probably be my choice, avoiding something like a Salamance, because I'm like that. I'd take along a few good multi-use pokemon, like Scizor for cutting things and scouting ahead, a Rapidash for land travel and for lighting fires, a Voltorb for recharging things, Walrien for water, water travel, and keeping things cool, and a Medicham for moving things and fighting.

So, final party would be Tropius, Scizor, Rapidash, Voltorb, Walrien, and Medicham. I'd also travel with somebody, because I'd go insane if I traveled by myself.

I always dreamed of being a marine biologist or an author. Probably a Sharpedo or a Wailord for me. Or a Smeargle or a Alakazam

I'd want to become a plain-ol' trainer and have various Pokémon.

I would probably be a dancer with a Gardeviour (sp?) or a musician, not sure which pokémon would fit for that though...

A psychically-endowed engineer, working with an Alakazam, making stuff using the help of our mad psychic skillz.

If I couldn't be a Trainer then I'd probably be a writer, with a Metagross acting as my editor. Or I'd work at a Pokemon Shelter, finding loving homes for abandonned Pokemon with a Gardevoir at my side. Those would be the closest to "normal" jobs that I would want.

I'd be a battle calculations researcher and a breeder. I would also be a master trainer on the side (gotta catch 'em and train 'em somehow).

I think I could also be an astronaut and join expeditions into outer space to track down the origins of pokémon like Clefairy, Lunatone, Solrock, Deoxys and the Togepi line. I think it would be pretty sweet to go out in a shuttle and search different worlds for those pokémon, although it does depend how far the technology for space travel is evolved in the pokémon world so it might not even be possible.
I wonder if they all come from the same planet or not and whether the authors will ever shed light on that aspect (because it is canon). I think a game covering that sort of thing should be rather entertaining.

I can agree with that. But I would most likley be one of those who trains only a few types. But I would make sure to have a Pidgeot and Lucario with me. :) Or a breeder.
