It's in the Pokémon Chronicles opening but not an actual episode of Chronicles.
Does anyone know what episode this was taken from?
 
It is part of Pokémon Chronicles. Isn't it? Pikachu's Winter Vacation 2 is the last episode of Chronicles if i'm not mistaken. But I could be wrong.

Pikachu's Winter Vacation 2 was first released on video, and only avalible at Wal-Mart. Later, it was re-released with the first Winter Vacation on a DVD. Even later, 4Kids for whatever reason decided to make the first Winter Vacation the last episode of Chronicles.

But I could be wrong. :p That's just what I figured out.
